Dispatch
We use Ecowrap covers for our raw as well as printed materials that are on the floor during production. These covers are multiple-use covers that are used instead of single type use plastic shrink films.
We also have a special dispatch ERP which is connected to weighing scales. Each box is weighed after packing and dispatch label is generated after it. This helps in preventing errors like quantity variation of products in boxes.
Braille Embossing
We can do braille embossing on cartons and the embossed braille is verified for correctness for each carton. Translation as well as production report is submitted to the customer along with each consignment.
